In Hindu mythology, the mighty Hanuman is said to have been blessed with numerous boons by the gods. Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe, granted him the invincible Brahmas boon, which made him immune to any weapon during war. In addition, he was bestowed with the power to instill fear in his enemies and eliminate fear in his friends. He was also able to change his form to travel anywhere.
Lord Shiva, the destroyer, blessed Hanuman with the gift of longevity, scriptural wisdom, and the ability to cross
the ocean effortlessly. He also gave him a protective band that would safeguard him for life
Lord Varuna, the God of the oceans, blessed him with immunity from water, while Agni Dev, the God of Fire, blessed him with protection from the burning flames
Surya Dev (Sun God) granted Hanuman the two boons of yoga called "Laghima" and "Garima," which enabled him to attain the smallest or the most significant form at will. Yama, the God of Death, blessed him with the boons of health and immunity from weapons, rendering him impervious to death.
Lord Kubera, the treasurer of the Gods, granted Hanuman eternal happiness and satisfaction, while Kamadeva, the God of love, declared him celibate and freed him from the shackles of lust. Additionally, Hanumans father bestowed upon him even more speed, making him one of the swiftest beings in the universe.
As a student of Surya, Hanuman acquired excellent knowledge from him and offered Guru Dakshina to the Sun God. After
some reluctance, Surya asked Hanuman to assist his spiritual son, Sugriva, as Guru Dakshina. Hanuman became
Sugrivas minister, helping him in his battles and endeavors.
